In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "y3339," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the y3339 platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://y3339.net.
• "Platform" means the y3339 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, products, and features made available to registered users.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the y3339 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created upon successful completion of the y3339 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held within a user's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to an Account under a y3339 promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available through the y3339 Platform.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited PKR funds credited to an Account, as distinct from Bonus Funds.

By accessing the y3339 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the y3339 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the y3339 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account.

y3339 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, y3339 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the registered contact information on file.

To access betting, gaming, and financial features of the y3339 Platform, Users must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

1. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on y3339. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same identity or under different names — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in the suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of any balance therein.
2. Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested. y3339 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any information provided.
3. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. y3339 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
4. Account Updates: You must promptly update your Account information in the event of any change to your registered contact details, including mobile number or email address.
5. Non-Transferable: y3339 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any Balance to any other person.

y3339 operates mandatory age verification procedures in compliance with responsible gaming standards. These procedures may be initiated at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at the point of registration, upon first withdrawal request, or at any time the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect a User may be under the required age.

Users may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to complete age verification:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Pakistani Passport
• B-Form (for those awaiting CNIC issuance)

Any Account found to be held by an individual below the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All Wagers placed and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Any Real Money Funds deposited may be returned to the depositing payment method, subject to verification and investigation findings.

By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age and that it is lawful for you to use online gaming services in your jurisdiction.

y3339 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. All financial transactions on the y3339 Platform are conducted in PKR.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a y3339 Account:

1. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500, unless a specific promotional offer specifies a higher minimum. Maximum deposit amounts may be set at the Platform's discretion and may vary by payment method.
2. Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you lawfully. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds derived from unlawful activity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
3. Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed payment. Bank transfers may take up to two banking hours to reflect in your balance depending on the sending institution's processing times.
4. No Third-Party Payments: y3339 does not accept deposits originating from payment accounts held in a name other than the registered Account holder's name. Any such deposits may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
5. y3339 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds from your y3339 Account is subject to the following conditions:

1. Identity Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, y3339 will conduct identity verification (KYC). You will be required to provide documentation confirming your identity, age, and, where applicable, the source of funds. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension.
2. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, y3339 may request an alternative verified method.
3. Processing Time: y3339 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa requests approved during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within two to four banking hours. These timeframes are targets and not guarantees.
4. Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5. Wagering Conditions on Bonus Funds: Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is only permitted after the applicable wagering requirement for that specific bonus has been met in full. Real Money Funds are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification.
6. Right to Withhold: y3339 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

y3339 offers various promotional incentives to registered Users from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied in full before withdrawal eligibility applies. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each individual promotion.
• Bonus Funds have a validity period from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in automatic expiry and forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
• y3339 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory obligations.
• Any evidence of promotional abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit bonus mechanics, creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or use of automated tools — will result in the forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds derived from bonus play, and potential permanent Account suspension.

All Wagers placed on the y3339 Platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:

1. Bet Acceptance: A Wager is not accepted until confirmed by the y3339 system and a unique bet reference is issued. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the Wager is void and any staked funds will be returned.
2. Odds & Prices: The odds displayed at the time a Wager is confirmed are the odds at which that Wager will be settled, except in cases of manifest error (see clause 8.4 below).
3. Void Bets: y3339 reserves the right to declare a Wager void in the following circumstances: (a) the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the period specified in the applicable sport rules; (b) the Wager was accepted as a result of a technical or pricing error; (c) the integrity of the relevant market has been compromised.
4. Manifest Error: Where a Wager is accepted at odds that are materially incorrect due to a manifest error — including obvious typographic errors, feed failures, or erroneous prices — y3339 reserves the right to void or amend the affected Wager. y3339 will endeavour to act fairly in such circumstances and will communicate the outcome to the affected User.
5. Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a Wager must be raised with the y3339 Customer Support team within 14 days of the relevant event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
6. Maximum Payout: y3339 imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per day, which are published in the applicable betting rules for each sport and game category. These limits are subject to change.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y3339 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Creating, operating, or accessing more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at any point during registration or subsequent verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or on behalf of any third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place Wagers, manipulate odds, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine human use.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports corruption in connection with events available for betting on y3339.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or pricing anomalies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in casino poker or peer-play formats.
• Attempting to use the y3339 Platform to launder funds or circumvent any applicable financial crime regulations.
• Accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law, where such access is the User's sole and direct responsibility.

y3339 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete mandatory identity or age verification within the specified period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 9.
• Receipt of a valid court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction.
• Voluntary closure requested by the Account holder, including self-exclusion requests under y3339's Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals processed. Where a breach is confirmed, funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the y3339 Customer Support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any eligible Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials displayed on or accessible through the y3339 Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of y3339 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions constitutes a transfer or licence of any intellectual property rights to any User.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any y3339 Platform content without the express prior written consent of y3339. Unauthorised use of y3339 intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

The y3339 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary to y3339 and may not be used in any context — commercial or otherwise — without explicit written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, y3339 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of or inability to use the y3339 Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any individual service, regardless of cause.
• Any loss arising from a User's reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to a User's Account where such access results from the User's failure to maintain appropriate security of their login credentials.
• Any technical failures, including but not limited to server outages, network failures, or bet confirmation errors, provided that y3339 acts in good faith to resolve such failures promptly.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions purports to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

y3339 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides the following tools and safeguards for all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings page. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the total amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: The Platform provides configurable session time alerts to help Users monitor the duration of their play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the immediate suspension of betting and gaming access. Your continued use of the y3339 Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting Customer Support.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law standards and the terms of any applicable operating licence held by y3339. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies designated by the applicable licensing authority for the resolution of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of any dispute between a User and y3339 arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where direct resolution is not achieved within 30 days of a formal written complaint, the matter may be referred to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the applicable regulatory framework.

Where any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms & Conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version. Any translation provided is for convenience only and, in the event of conflict, the English version shall prevail.
